What I Loves about HOBO Store!

Last week, I went to Bali for honeymoon. We've stayed in Jays Villa for a few days. The best thing of our villa, besides it's affordable price and offered great hospitality, it was located in Kerobokan, where it's wellknown for furniture/handycraft shopping center in Bali. Wohoo lucky me! :)

We spent half day exploring Kerobokan to find some bed lamps, one of the shop we visited called "Hobo Store". Here's the reason its the only store that taped in my memory :

1. To me, Hobo's has succesfully done a great job of creating a fantastic atmosphere of a shabby chic look into their store. From the little details of the products to its store decorations which beautifully distinguish them from others.

2. How I love its storage design especially the bamboo and the metal material ones. I actually planning to bought their metal material hooks but unfortunately, they were out of stock last week. Hobo's employee was quite friendly and courteous by offering to ship the hooks to Jakarta {It was our last day in Bali}. Sadly, we never heard any news since we arrived. :( still out of stock, maybe?

Isn't it beautiful? I am completely drooling! GO Check HOBO's NOW!

The Skandinavian style via Emmas DesignBlogg. The design is pretty much average but the black wall helps a lot to makes it look a bit dramatic.

Ingkan & Yudi Tied The Knot!

We tied the knot!

I am pleased to announced that I am now Mrs. Rayendra Yuditia. He and I were married in January 15th,2012 at Oktroi Plaza,Kemang - Jakarta. The theme was a DIY wedding with colorful flowers and details but in last minute, we decided to make the combination of pink, peach, red and orange to be our themes. We designed the invitation, souvenir, layout and hand-delivered the invitations ourselves. The wedding was quite intimate with romantic dimly lit ambiences. It was perfect and just like everything we ever wanted.

After 5,5 years of dating,we've finally get married! you've no idea of how happy I am! Here's some of the wedding pictures. enjoy! :)

Guest Post : Black Tie Affair Decor

Hi everyone! I'm Jessica from Arcadian Lighting, a blog and website where I get to write about the latest interior design ideas and all the lighting fixtures that go with them. I'm going to be sharing some gorgeous spaces that would be perfect for a black tie affair - formal, elegant and classically stylish. Enjoy!

Black Tie Decor

Black is an excellent choice for a dramatic dining room when paired with rich, velvet purple accents and warm, moody lighting. Plenty of white candles and a fresh bouquet of purple flowers gives the room a more feminine, romantic touch.

This crisp white dining room is utterly sophisticated and chic. The exaggerated size of the drum pendant light with gold lining adds a bit of drama to keep the room from feeling too simple.

The unique lighting fixtures in this dining room and unconventional, modern seating make it a wonderful place to host an elegant party.

The beautiful, delicate chandelier makes a lovely statement piece in this simple, yet elegant dining room. Minimal details and an all-white color palette with wood furniture and flooring is surprisingly inviting.

This dining room glistens with beautiful lighting, from the sparkling chandelier and wall sconce to abundant candle light, there's no question that elegant dinner parties happen here.

This dining room is both glamorous and quirky. The high ceilings and grey wall color creates just the right canvas for antique furniture and mirrors in a similar neutral color palette.

It might be intimidating to use such a deep red color in any room of your house, but when combined with pristine white and a few black accents. This dining room pairs modern simplicity with Baroque designs.

This traditional English style bar would be a wonderful addition to a particularly swanky black tie affair. The rich wood tones and playful accents set the scene for a fun evening.
